This week I tried an electric scooter for the first time — the Inmotion Air Pro. It’s quick, nimble, and surprisingly smooth with a 400-watt motor and 10-inch tires. I rode five kilometres from Cox’s Bay into Auckland CBD, and it matched the bus for speed while costing only a few cents in electricity.
It was my first proper scooter ride, and I loved it — easy to handle, fun, and way more freeing than a car or bus. The giveaway’s closed now, but honestly, this scooter is worth checking out if you’re keen on zipping around the city.
