Opel has now released yet another EV to help kiwis to kick their old gas habits. It’s called the Mokka-e; a great looking, great value, Euro EV. But do the car’s funky looks actually live up to the hype? How far does it go? And most importantly, how much does it cost? As always, I try to find out!
